• The smaller size (3"x0.5" and 4"x0.75") stamps fits well on the back flap of A2, 4-Bar and envelopes smaller than 4.5 inches wide.
• The larger size (5"x1") stamp fits best on the back flap of an A6, A7, A9, A10 and other envelopes larger than 6 inches wide.
• Self-inking stamps are available in Black, Blue, Green, Red, and Purple. Please specify which color you would like.
We send out proofs for all custom stamps, guest books, vow books, and stickers within 48 business hours. We do not send out proofs for planners or mugs, so please make sure your customization details are correct upon check out.
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours.
PRODUCTION
• Stamp production takes 1-3 business days.
• Guest book production takes 5-7 business days (1-2 days for proofing, and 4-5 days for printing).
• Mug production takes 1-3 business days.
• All other printed goods and gifts, such as planners, save the dates, and invitations, take 3-5 business days.
Some items can be rushed for an additional fee. Please contact us for pricing and times.

SHIPPING
Stamps typically take 2-5 business days to ship if you are in the US, and 5-7 business days if you are in Canada. Guest books, and all other items, take 2-5 business days if you are in the US, and 5-12 business days if you are in Canada. Rush shipping is available.
If you are located internationally, shipping takes approximately 10-16 days. Rush shipping is available on some items, please inquire.
These shipping times are for standard shipping. Standard shipping times are not guaranteed. If you need guaranteed shipping times, please check out with FedEx or UPS shipping.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages, if the wrong address is provided.

• Self-inking stamps last for 1000-2000 impressions (then it can be re-inked)
