Will I receive a proof?
We automatically send proofs for guest books, stamps, stickers, and calling cards within 48 business hours.
We do not send out proofs for the planners or notebooks, so make sure that all information is correct upon check out, as we send planners directly to production.
Proofs are sent to the email used during checkout. After you receive your proof you may request revisions, or approve it for production. After the proof has been approved, we cannot make any more revisions as the design will be sent for manufacturing or printing.
Please double check that all spelling, names, address, etc. are correct on your proof. It is the client's responsibility to approve the correctness of the final proof.
I am ordering last minute, can you accommodate?
We can usually accommodate rush orders. This depends on your location, and the product. We currently can offer rush production on guest books and planners.
We also offer rush FedEx and UPS shipping to Canada, the US, and internationally.

How long does production take?
Stamp production takes 1-3 business days.
Guest book production takes 5-7 business days (1-2 days for proofing, and 4-5 days for printing).
Mug production takes 1-3 business days.
All other printed goods and gifts, such as planners, save the dates, and invitations, take 3-5 business days.
Some items can be rushed for an additional fee. Please contact us for pricing and times.
Production times do not include shipping times.
Do you take returns or offer refunds?
We are unable to take returns on personalized items, since they are one-of-a-kind and custom made. It is important to make sure that the spelling, grammar, colors, and information on your proof is correct. By approving the proof, you are accepting it as it appears. Once the proof has been approved, it will be sent promptly to print, and it will be too late to change.
We unfortunately can't offer refunds for guest books, stamps, monthly planners, stickers, calling cards, or mugs.
If your order arrives damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Stamps typically take 2-5 business days if you are in the US, and 5-7 business days if you are in Canada. Guest books, and all other items, take 2-5 business days if you are in the US, and 5-12 business days if you are in Canada. Rush shipping is available.
If you are located internationally, shipping takes approximately 10-16 days. Rush shipping is available on some items, please inquire.
These shipping times are for standard shipping. Standard shipping times are not guaranteed. If you need guaranteed shipping times, please check out with FedEx or UPS shipping.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages, if the wrong address is provided.
Shipping times do not include production times.
I am located internationally, can you rush shipping?
We can! We offer FedEx and UPS international shipping for most products. You can select these methods during checkout.

Will I need to pay duties or taxes?
If you are in Canada or the US, you won't need to worry about duties or taxes. For international orders you may have to pay duties or taxes.

Where do your items ship from?
All of our items ship from the USA. Production and shipping times are accurate, and reflect that our items ship from the USA. Canadian customers generally do not need to worry about duties and taxes.Please contact us with questions.

If use wish to use any of our photographs, or content, please contact us for written consent. After approval is granted by Paperlux Fine Stationery, all images and text must be hyperlinked back to https://www.paperluxstationery.com
We only collect information you choose to give us when registering on our website and purchasing products. Information that you may be asked to provide would be name, mailing address, email address, credit card information or phone number. You do not have to register in order to view and browse our site and may visit anonymously by declining to provide information.
Use of Information
Information given will be used in ways that personalize your experience, allow us to process your transaction, and provide you with updates on your order.
When you choose to enter your email address we may send you promotional messages that may inform you of new products/services, contests, and promotions. If you do not want to receive these emails you may unsubscribe from them at any given time by following the unsubscribe instructions that will be located at the bottom of each email message. We also use your information to improve our services and customize what content and advertisements you see. Information given will also be used to contact you regarding your order. The personal information that you give us about any other members (such as names or address’), will ONLY be used for your products customization.
We do not require that you make an account to browse our website however if you choose to purchase an item an account will need to be created and your information such as name, mailing address, email and credit card information will be needed to process the transaction. Registration is required to view previous purchases and place orders, and provides a more personalized experience.
Any personal information given will not be sold, traded, transferred, or given to any third party company for any reason without your knowledge or consent, other than the sole purpose of delivering your product. This does not include any trusted third party who assist us in operating our website or servicing you so long as those third parties agree to keep all information confidential. We may also release information when we believe it is deemed appropriate to comply with the law or to protects ones rights, property or safety.
We do not store any financial information on our servers, and all payments are processed by encryption by our payment gateway provider.
We do store names, emails, addresses, and phone numbers on our servers for order processing, and this information is protected by standard security measures.
We do not intentionally target our website to children and will not knowingly collect and personal information from a child without verifiable parental consent. We may collect information about a child who’s name may be on a stamp or other product. A parent or guardian of a child who is under the age of 13 may request the deletion of a child’s name or personal information that may have been given. Our products and services are all directed to those who are above the age of 13.
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without notice. Because of this we encourage you to read this policy whenever you purchase a product from us or use the website so that you are constantly informed of any updates or changes that may have been made.
If you believe that your information has been used to make a purchase fraudulently, we encourage you to contact your bank immediately.
